If you want people to pay attention to your business, here’s one thing to remember: Sell the solution, not the service.
A lot of local business owners talk all about what they do. They list their services, share their backstory, and explain why they started. That’s nice, but it’s not what people are really looking for.
Customers have a problem. They want to know if you can fix it.
When someone visits your website or Instagram, the first thing they should see is how you help them. Not what you offer, but what it does for them. That’s what makes people stop scrolling, click, and buy.
Your service is just the tool. The solution is the result they get.
So the next time you write a post, update your bio, or design your homepage, remember: People don’t care what you do. They care what you do for them.
Sell the solution, and the service will sell itself.
